you need to use the ms office install cd to get it back. just do a custom install and choose only ms word. or you can use the recovery cds from the manufacturer of your computer. same thing. do a custom install and just choose ms word.

or you can do a system restore. windows auto saves changes in your system. go to mycomputer%26gt;control panel%26gt;system and maintenance%26gt; restore center%26gt; restore.

choose a date before the day you deleted the ms word. but be careful as everything that has been saved since then will be gone
Reply:If all else fails, she can use Open Office or AbiWord - both are free

Zoho has a free online word processer

Reply:Yep you need to reinstall! I could never get System Restore to actually restore uninstalled apps.
Reply:Use system restore, install with the original disks, or if this cant be done and you don't want to buy a new copy of word then download open office www.openoffice.org (not sure about address) its free and is basically the same as microsoft office
Reply:You need to re-install it from the original disk.
Reply:If you do not have the "Microsoft Office" disk, then you can't get Word back. But you can download "Open Office". It is very close to Word in it functionality, and can handle just about all file formats. It also comes with a graphics editor, a presentation program, a spread sheet, and much more.

This is open source software and therefore it's free. But be advised, it is a fairly large download.
Reply:system restore put it back to when it was working

if you have lost files thell be in recycle bin
Reply:Go into all programmes, accessories, system tools, system restore, restore to the day before you cleared it out. In that order. System restore will take you through there procedure. This has often got me out of trouble. If this does not work you will need the disk. Good luck
Reply:save your files,

turn Computer off

turn on and keep hitting F11

do a recovery that way and set it back to manufacture settings.

Try it, i have only tried it on a packard bell CPU
Reply:You just need to re-install it with the original discs.
Reply:did you ever set a restore point? if you did you can just restore your computer and it will be back!
