My sister sent me a C/D she burned, its Microsoft Word and I can,t open it,?

When I click on the short cut, I get a pop up. e.g. short cut to novel windows version . Ink, is unavailable. Any one have any ideas?

I don't have microsoft word so when I get a file sent to me I right click on it in Explore, go to 'open with' and select the word processor that I do have. I have Works, so thats what I open it with.
Reply:It is illegal to use the same copy of word.
Reply:it probably means you dont have microsoft word. if you dont have word you can't open it. if you do it may be that one of your words are more upgraded then the other. i hope this helped
